There are many ways to save money on standard bus fares, the return ticket being the most obvious. All operators offer reductions for children, toddlers usually being able to travel free of charge (under 5s or under 3s, depending on the operator).

FirstDay South West This good value ticket offers unlimited travel throughout the South West whether for shopping, seeing friends, visiting tourist attractions or just enjoying the view. Travel all over Cornwall or even take a trip into Devon for only £6.20 adult, £5.30 senior, £5.20 child,while for a family (of up to 5, where no more than 2 are adults), the ticket is fantastic value at £15.50. Western Greyhound Day Explorer Buy a Day Explorer on any Western Greyhound bus for just £7 (adult) and £4.50 (child) . This can be used on Western Greyhound's entire network and also on Stagecoach Devon and Hookways buses. Families of up to 5 people - where no more than 2 are adults - can travel at double the adult fare, but the family Explorer ticket is a better bargain at just £14.
