Some buses are now low floor, easy access and can accommodate unfolded pushchairs or wheelchairs in the bay provided. If this space is already in use we ask customers to please fold the item and store it in the place provided.

The latter also applies if the bus is a conventional type and not super low-floor. Services, where the majority of vehicles are ‘Easy Access’, can be identified by this logo on their timetable.

However, due to operational issues, there may be occasions when a lowfloor vehicle may not be available.
