The National Bus Concession Scheme gives free off-peak bus travel all over England to older people and eligible people with disabilities. As a local addition, eligible people who are residents in Cornwall can enjoy free local bus travel in Cornwall without time restrictions.
Off-peak times are 0930-2300 Monday–Friday and at all times weekends and Bank Holidays.

All holders of the National Bus Concession passes are entitled to travel for free on the Park for Truro park and ride service. A (free) ticket must be obtained from the machine at the park and ride site at Threemilestone and presented to the driver along with the national pass. Old Cornish Key and blue Buses in Cornwall passes have not be accepted for free bus travel since September 2008. Please ensure you are using your new National Pass.
